Exclusive Field Hire
Only one booking per family/household is permitted during each session.
Customers can choose:
30 Minutes – £5.00
45 Minutes - £7.50
60 Minutes – £10.00
Opening Hours
The field is available 7 days per week from 7:00am – 9:00pm
Bookings are available from 7:00am until 8:30pm, allowing the final session to finish by 9:00pm.
Floodlighting is available during darker months; however, customers use the field after dark entirely at their own discretion.
Booking System
All sessions must be:
Pre-booked
Paid for in advance
Booked online
Only one family or household will have access to the field during their allocated session.
Site Access
Parking is provided along the private driveway.
From the parking area, customers should walk past the stables to the entrance gate of the dog field.
Dogs must remain on a lead until safely inside the exercise field.
Please remember that this is a privately owned property. While walking to and from the field, customers must respect neighbouring properties, livestock and horses located in the adjacent paddocks.
The owners live and work on the premises and will often be carrying out maintenance, groundskeeping and animal care throughout the day. Although we will endeavour to minimise disruption, customers may occasionally see staff working around the property.
Dog Waste
Keeping the field clean is everyone's responsibility.
Please collect all dog waste immediately.
Dispose of waste in the bins provided.
CCTV operates throughout the site.
Customers who repeatedly fail to clean up after their dogs may be permanently banned.
Cones are available should you notice any waste left by previous users so it can be safely marked until removed.
Customer Rules
Arrival
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your booking.
You may enter the car park before your session but must remain in your vehicle until the previous customer has safely returned their dog(s) to their vehicle.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time.
Dogs must remain on a lead until inside the field and again once leaving the field.
Once inside, please secure and lock the gate behind you.
You must vacate the field promptly at the end of your booking.
Please leave the car park immediately after your session.
Safety
Whilst every effort has been made to provide a safe environment, customers use the field entirely at their own risk.
Please note:
The field is natural grassland and uneven surfaces may exist.
Trip hazards may be present.
Dogs must not dig holes.
Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the field and car park.
The use of prong collars, shock collars or any form of animal mistreatment will not be tolerated.
As with any outdoor area, we cannot eliminate natural risks such as ticks, grass seeds or infectious diseases.
Disclaimer
The management accepts no responsibility or liability for:
Injury to persons.
Injury to dogs.
Damage to vehicles.
Loss or damage to personal property.
Accidents occurring whilst using or accessing the premises.
Use of the field is entirely at the customer's own risk.
Dangerous Dogs & Banned Breeds
Customers must comply with all current UK legislation relating to banned breeds and exempted dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and subsequent amendments.
Owners of exempted dogs must ensure they comply with all legal requirements, including but not limited to:
Valid Certificate of Exemption.
Third-party public liability insurance.
Microchipping.
Neutering (where legally required).
Lead and muzzle requirements when outside the secure field.
Banned breeds include:
XL Bully (unless legally exempt)
Pit Bull Terrier
Japanese Tosa
Dogo Argentino
Fila Brasileiro
Failure to comply with current legislation will result in refusal of entry.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booking receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
No refunds are given for missed appointments.
Late arrivals cannot be extended.
Should the owners need to close the field due to weather, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
